@OneOneRe, because the OG RE2 and RE3 had official PC ports from Capcom (I am not talking about the remakes, but the OG games from 90s), like Dino Crisis 1 and 2.

Code Veronica never had an official PC port back in the 2000s, that game only came out on consoles (PS2, GC, etc.)

GOG is not gonna release a "console only game" here, they are not allowed to sell console games, they need a working emulator, working console BIOS (that is owned by Sony/MS/Nintendo, etc.), it is illegal for them to sell a game bundled with an emulator if GOG don't own all these in a legal way.

You can still buy the game from retro stores, it is not an abandonware.
