Happschaetzu When this game was released, it shipped with a terrible StarForce copy protection system that could cause the system to stop working properly.
Back then I bought the game on CD/DVD in retail store, played it through once and then reinstalled Windows XP. I never played it again after that because I didn't want to reinstall Windows.
I would therefore very much welcome a DRM-free version on GOG of this game.
ImpulsiveEye With the recent announcement of Universal's "Jurassic Park: Survival" by Saber Interactive, I suspect a lot of people will be reminded of "Peter Jackson's King Kong: The Official Game of the Movie" and will desperately want to play it again or for the first time. GOG, please, please add this title!!!
Kolzig Would be pretty amazing to get Michel Ancel's game on GOG. Peter Jackson handpicked Michel Ancel to lead the game development because PJ loved Beyond Good & Evil.

That_PS_Guy A DRM-free version of this gem would be great. Loved this game on the PS2, but would like to experience it in Windows 10 (I love the fact that GOG patches up games to the latest operating systems). When it comes to movie-based games, this is one of the best. The FPS sections are tense and the Kong battles are very cinematic. Please make this happen GOG, I will buy it in a heartbeat

guwa69 it is the one game with an awful copyprotection, which windows 10 sees as malware and it won't run until you install it on windows xp. Please bring us this game DRM-free and Ubi Soft will double it's profit from this game over night

Kl4vi3rlack It would be really, REALLY cool, to see this game (but please fixed for current windows versions/hardware!) on GOG. I've loved it as a kid, but I could never finish it, because it was only a testversion from some newspaper and also my PC could not really run it back in the days. And now it is only avaiable on disc, which I've already tried some months ago, but it didn't run with Windows 10...

Prof_Orribilus And it's important to specify that exists a more recent edition of this game (Gamers Edition) that is a port of the XBox360 version. The normal edition is a PS2 port. The XBox360 version is a lot better.
