smithrr3 Just watched the movie version of this (just the cut scenes compiled into a feature length film) called Darkstar: Terror at the Edge of Time being riffed by much of the cast on The Mads. Now I really want to try playing this game!
NojEsco I actually spoke to the guy who made this game (he is a customer of our software and I asked if he was 'The Darkstar guy' - he was). I pitched the idea of getting it to GOG, like an Anniversary Edition or something, maybe change the format from Quicktime to a more modern format. He actually kinda liked the idea... fingers crossed!

However, on their Facebook page they announced back in February 2021 that they want to re-release the game, as a special edition with bugs fixed. I wish they would support the original release also with bug fixes and much needed subtitles!
Anyway they say they are in talks with Steam for the distribution. Maybe they will contact GOG too.
NojEsco I'd love to get this game -- It was a passion project made almost entirely by 1 man (I actually spoke to him, he's a really solid guy and was honored I liked his game). The game also had some solid extras such as a picture-filled novelization pdf and I think even a backstory write-up, a soundtrack CD release and I think a decent amount of behind-the-scenes materials. Heck, I'm sure he'd be willing to do a higher-resolution re-render for modern rigs (like the 'High Resolution Movies' option for games like the old Wing Commander titles). Sell it all for like $8.99!

TERRI29 I have this game, I think it fits in with Gog. There is also a movie of the cut scenes.
NeonSocialite For fans of oldschool fmv games. Would be awesome on here. Their site is selling the physical copy of the game for $7.95.
