I completed Amber Journeys beyond when I was in middle school and loved the game!! we need this game!! This is my child hood and i cant find it anywhere else except some strange sights that i dont want to download from lol
golradir please add this game, it's literally my favorite. I have such fond memories playing this and it saddens me that gog shows it no love.

Maifalt I still have a disk of this and play it once a year. It glitches at the very end of the game but as I can play all the way to that point (and then use an alternate save file to move beyond it) I'll keep what I've got till someone pulls their head out of their behind and release it again! They're getting to these older games so I hope it will be soon!

judy12 There is a scene near the beginning where you have to move the dial on a radio but you can't control the dial because Machines today are just to fast for this game now, even with the patch. I would love to play this game again because they just don't make games like this anymore.
sreamer17ydr I have the disc here, plus a fix to get it to run on Windows 7 etc. Anyways, its a very fun game, I love the visuals and soundtrack, and yes its short and simple once you play through it, but the nostalgic factor is there.
I played this in the 90s, when it came out, and now I re-bought the physical CD rom version, but its not perfect, like others have said, certain animations are missing and there is a glitch with one of the final puzzles you cant do without a special file of a previous save etc.
Once you patch the game (squirt the cat) , the game runs, but I would buy it digitally again.
noukker I would pay literally anything to have this game again. Beautiful, weird, spooky, atmospheric, inspired, I haven't been able to play it in...decades, probably. Bring it back!
judy12 It plays on my win.7 but the comp. is way to fast for the game. You have to change radio stations with a dial, but the dial goes way too fast so you can't set it. The game need to slow down for some of the puzzles to work. This is a great game, I would buy it in a heart beat if GOG would redo it.

sreamer17ydr I would love to see this game on the store. There IS a patch to get it to work in Vista and XP, but the patch has flaws, and doesn't let you finish the game, without a saved game passed the point where it don't work.
I spent the 90s loving this game! So scary, haunting and fun! 3 different worlds, I wish Hue Forest didn't go under after this game, I LOVE IT, and it so rare to find CDs of it, let alone get it to work 100%
I would buy this game in a heartbeat!!!! Even at $20!
gradtaz I have been requesting this game as well. I have had the original for a long time, and the only way I have been able to get it to work is through virtual pc running windows 98se. So if you have the original disc try downloading and setting virtual pc until they get it on here.

Fonsia This was a simply wonderful game, but few can play it today because it's extremely difficult to get it to run on anything but 98SE. Marvelous imagination went into this, with time travel, great puzzles, seriously scary ghost effects and an underwater rollercoaster puzzle! Perfect for GOG. Make this game available to play again! A true gem!

doowopman Another great cult classic indie game! I play this one almost every Halloween. The atmosphere drips right off of the screen. Not sure where the rights stand for this one. Maybe it's back in the hands of The Wimmers?

mathshop24 I have this game on CD-ROM and thanks to a patch a devoted fan made I can play it, but it'd be awesome if i could skip all the hassle and get a digital version. Putting it on GOG might even increase the fan base which would be awesome.
caradrake I got this game for Christmas one year - it was included for free in the package for Shivers II. It was spooky as heck to my 12 year old kid!! The scene on the TV where the room filled with blood... yikes! I would love to replay this game.
