I tryed every combination of username and email adress i could have used and the error-messages i get are "wrong serial" or "not found".

Any other advise?

Welkenwerk: I did yesterday and my hopes were high. But unfortunately the error messages remain the same. Is there a way to geht rid oft my old online profile and get the serial free for a New profile.

For your info. I bought this game a while ago from a reselling site. Played it made a profile everything was fine. Than the game was removed Form my library because it was bought with a stolen crédit card. OK lesson learned. I now bought it directly throuhg GOG again. I dont know if the serial ive gotten now is the same AS before.

And to be honest its tiresome to go through all this just to get my profile working. I really appriciate your help but if this Problem remains for much longer i have to ask for a refund. Its just not worth the hassle for me than.
