I clicked on it and it flashed up momentarily and then nothing happened. Any idea how I would fix that?
Try running the file as adminstrator. Instead of left clicking the Setup file, right click and select the "Run as administrator" option from the menu that pops up when you right click that file. I hope that helps.

Open up the properties menu of that file and tell me what sort of compatibility settings you are using with that file.

EarlLuxurious: I changed the compatibility and now it's working fine. I feel silly for not doing that in the first place. Thanks for the help!
