It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

The updated version does have intro movies and they are skippable.

iarwain78: Hi everyone. For me replacing binkw32.dll from the Titan Quest main directory with a version from X-COM game fixed the problem. Intros now playing fine.
Don't know if this will work for everyone.

PS: intros are skippable

tinyE: Great, so now I have to buy X-Com to get Titan Quest to work? :P
Any game using Bink Video should have that file.

final_option: Well, I imagine they are basic because you have to start somewhere and work from that. But I haven't used GOG's tech support before, so I don't know. I was just wondering why you're posting a rather direct complaint to GOG in this thread, where the likelyhood that a staff member looks into it is pretty low.

MarkoH01: Oh this is hardly the case. The GOG stuff reads several threads in this forum especially when it is about technical complaints. Since you have not yet used tech support it's understandable that you cannot understand my issue. But having received several of the exact same mails whenever I open up a ticket let me see this different.
Let me offer a suggestion, then :) If you do not want the Support staff working on your ticket to ask you to start off with the basic troubleshooting steps then feel free to let them know when you first write your ticket what you have already done to try and solve your problem :)

Please keep in mind that our Support staff gets thousands of tickets a day, we can't access a person's computer remotely to really see the root of the problem, and thus that's why you get the initial steps and then further work can be done to address the problem once we rule out all possible solutions :)
