It does state on the store page the following -

'All the aforementioned goodies — including the GWENT in-game items — will unlock upon Thronebreaker's release.''

johny_pg: I just checked and now the artbook has completely disappeared from the Thronebreaker GOG site. We will not get it at all? :(
That was a mistake, the book has now been added once again :)
