and i don't have a 1/7 file but there is 2x 6's which makes me think i have it but its like part 1 and part 2 of file 6 or something
Why there are three copies of the 6th bin?
You should have only one in that folder. If you redownloaded this part a few times because previous files were broken, you should delete the old ones.

because 6th .bin IS the 7th file. The first one is setup.exe
1x .exe + 6x .bin -> 7 parts


you already have it ;)
