Most probably it is a false positive but we'll check it once again tomorrow just to be sure.

To make things clear. Tim3 is pretty old Windows application, and as thou doesn't fit to nowadays programing standards. Uses lots of programmings tricks known past then, which are now seen as dirty tricks used by viruses. Therefore sometimes we got false positive.
But like Lafazar said before - there is no need to worry, this is false positive.
