Hey, many NPCs respawn when i switch locations.
Especially wiped out camps of bandits repopulate every time i switch locations, oh and for some reason, the "city guard" duty-guys turned aggressive on me for no reason. They just started shooting at me when i first approached them to get to the bar.
I killed pretty much the entire city twice now but as soon as i switch locations, almost all of them respawn.

PS: Did they lower the difficulty since the game came out? I remember bleeding being way scarier for example.
And were you always able to quicksave?

Yes. This is normal, but it is broken in Shadow of Chernobyl because the respawn time is not saved by the vanilla game. This is fixed in the Zone Reclamation Project (ZRP) bug-fix mod.

They will turn aggressive if you shoot anyone in the Bar area, or if you hurt any Duty guys anywhere if they are not enemy or if they are not alerted to danger. There is less damage to faction relations if it is a dangerous situation like a firefight already in progress.

The ZRP fixes the bug in the Bar area so that you can defend yourself or defend the Bar against enemies (mercs, soldiers, bandits) without being blamed for fighting on the Bar level.

Bleeding is worse in Clear Sky than in Shadow of Chernobyl. There was an artifact bleeding bug in the retail release of SoC that was fixed in patch 1.0001. And yes, you were always able to quicksave.
