nielsbauer: I had a mod tool for Smugglers 2, however the problem is that you need a very high user base to make this work. I believe that the resources needed to make the game mod-able are better used to add more features.
Is there a way to perhaps add your own pictures for the in-game pilots? I am trying to finish the fleet officer play through and I wouldn't mind being able to insert a picture of my choosing into the game :)

I gotta say I've been having a lot of fun with Smugglers V over the holidays :)
