The 'unsupported video card' bug was addressed in our release. Likewise, I don't think your issue is memory-related, since I can play the game without problems with 8GB RAM.

You can try some common troubleshooting steps - check if you have DirectX 9.0c installed (having DX10 or 11 is not enough), run the game as administrator, disable your AV software.

If that fails, could you describe the problem a bit more? Does nothing happen when you run the game, or is it black screen, some error message etc. And please post your system / GPU specs.

In that case please send support ticket with dxdiag attached and we'll look into it tomorrow. At home I have access to Nvidia cards only and cannot replicate the issue.

It's a long shot, but check if you have any stray 'run32dll.exe' processes running in the background. Often they prevent various applications from starting. You can also try messing a bit with Catalyst settings. Without AMD card of my own can't give you any specifics though.
