Back when I first played this on PC, I (think I) remember there being a soundtrack CD or something that was integral to this game? Something about a missing band and their music had clues hidden in the lyrics and stuff? I didn't see the soundtrack included with the game as a purchase bonus. Is that important, or does it not matter? I remember being enthralled with this game, and I am a BIG TIME nerd when it comes obsessing over little details in a game's story. Thanks for your help!

You are thinkng of Shivers 2: Harvest of Souls. The band, Trip Cyclone, had put together videos to help you figure out some riddles and puzzles in that game. Ironcially enough, some of the music used in Shivers was put into the last music track on that Soundtack CD.

The Soundtrack could be found in the 'Audio Tracks' folder.
Here is the default soundtrack location, yours might be different:
C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games\Shivers 2\Audio Tracks
