I am marking this as a question in hopes of receiving a response directly from GOG.
As of this post I did not receive keys for Sacred or Sacred Underworld, so I am unable to create an account to play online.
Please GOG, even if you can't provide us with keys an answer one way or the other would be nice, and you might want to clarify that's the case on the game's page.

Hello everyone! All the keys will be distribute by our support team so please contact with them and claim it. In future we plan to automate this process, until that we apologize for the inconveniences. Cheers!

As a support guy I'll add that everyone should receive their CD key in a matter of hours. I apologize to everyone who had to wait for theirs, but believe me when I tell you that it couldn't nave been done earlier.
