Skeith: This game, as far as I know, only has 3 episodes out of 5 that are out and has been this way for quite a while as I hear. What gives?

If you have the game set to receive automatic updates, you should already have it :) You can also force an update by going to "More", then "Configure" and then "Verify & Repair" :)
