In kingdom management window I have "Valerie wants a word" but when I klick to go to throne room to talk to her she does not show up. I murdered the paladins with her not along up at Olegs without her along.

Did you try to talk to her in the city? (she usually hangs around with the city guard, near the palace doors)

But killing the paladins at Oleg's may have killed her event chain (her whole story is about the consequences of her encounter with those paladins, so she has no reason to ask for your help if it never happens)
