Anyone know how to get into that chest that is locked in the inn? The 1st chest from the stairs. 1st character I made that wasnt a roguetype and wondering how to ever op chest in the inn, if I never have lockpick skill? IS there a way to add another party member while visiting the inn? As it is now I can only go up stairs with main char.

you have a chance to open it 1st time you visit as you have full party at the time.

I would say, it's beneficial to give at least one point of trickery to the PC to be able to disarm traps. Then relatively early in the game you can get an amulet that gives +4 trickery (among other) and stacks with everything, Hassif is selling +5 trickery gloves. Add +2 for heroism and cat grace each (there are potions for both). So, it's +14 bonus overall. As far as I remember, it's enough to open that lock even with 10 DEX character.
