Well, as the title says, is it possible to link Outlast to Steam account with GOG Connect? I bought Outlast on GOG thinking it was a Digital Games' Shop that send a key to redeem on Steam but it's not. Can anyone help me, please?

No that wont work. Even if Outlast was part of the Connect games (it might be in the future, those always seem to be time limited offers though), it would only work from Steam->GOG.

... which is better anyway ;)

GOG only sells GOG versions of games (i.e., no Steam keys).
Regarding GOG Connect, the only games available in the program are shown on this page -- currently, nothing. And there's no way of knowing beforehand when or if any given game will be added to that program.
