Tutorial/game guide? how to play?

When there is your person on the map board if you click or activate an area by them, then the area around them with start blinking. Then you can click /press a button, around that area to move there and it will blink. Eventally someone/thing will get in your way and the game will switch to a different minigame or cutscene.
