I see there are many characters in the game that have over 100 Limb health. One of my party members, a Shek, has 125 limb health. Question is, how do you raise it ?

I've been googling this for like 20 minutes and not one mention of this. :(

All the races have their own limb stats. The only way to "raise" the limb stats is to replace a limb with a better robot limb. Most of the information you might be looking for can be found at this link.
