Hi,

i've taken this video that show a bug which happens at the end of the first floor of the chapter 4 (Tension):

The character freezee when I press ESC to return to main menù.

If i press CTRL+ALT+CANC when the character is freezeed and i try to re-enter the game, the game crash and I obtain this error:

Sometimes i have reached the second floor, but the same bug is happened when i've tried to go back downstairs.

I have the same problem and I keep nagging the developers to fix it.

In the meantime, you can try to change the resolution of your screen to something lower and then start the game. I'm still experimenting with this.

Many people have been having problems with Tension. Did you try downloading the more recent patched version of the game? (GOG version 1.1.0)
