realmoxies: I'm stuck attempting to do the Tholean Tablet quest. As soon as I attempt to enter the room with the mallet and gong the room fills with green poisonous smoke, I ran around and got the mallet and all my characters/souls die attempting to do anything else in the room.

Am I missing something or is this quest bugged for me?
