While I hesitate to call it the "best" game on the site, The Temple of Elemental Evil is my favourite game in GOG's current catalogue.

I'm going to have to say Arcanum. An excellent and fun game from start to finish. A little rough around the edges, but perfection isn't what I look for in games.
Blake Stone!
While I have yet to repurchase it on GOG, my favorite is Psychonauts. One of the best games ever.
Duke Nukem 3D. Like GTA Vice City it gives me not only gaming nostalgia, you will automatcly be remembered of all the old action movies.

Also I have a love for the Ascaron games, mostly because of the anstoss and patrician-series.

Titanium: For shame if you forget to pick up and use Grace :)
Don't mind if I do.

My pick might be Tyrian 2000, because it's free, replayable, humorous and looks pretty.
Witcher 2 :D

And as old games, my favorite must be Fallout 2.
Tough one. It would be between Baldur's Gate 2 Complete and Icewind Dale Complete.

Probably Baldur's Gate 2.
Only on gog? Unreal Tournament 2004
I came to GOG for Commando's, which i love, but my main time consumer has been HOMM3, which i never played before GOG!
Tough question. If I could choose only one and didn't own any of the games yet (neither the retail nor the DD version), I'd probably go for Neverwinter Nights because of the high replay value, with all the community modules out there.

But it would be a real shame if I had never gotten the chance to play Torment, BG2, Arx Fatalis and Psychonauts. And I'm currently experiencing a lot of guilty pleasure with Enclave, too.

I’m going to pick Gothic 1 right now. I been playing Gothic over the last few weeks and I’m just loving it. I can’t remember the last time I played a RPG were I have to save before every fight because one wrong move will get you killed.
It's a tie between Ultima Underworld and Planescape Torment, which are my two favorite games ever. I could never decide which one I preferred, but they're so different anyway, they can share the top spot.
It's difficult to pick either Commandos Ammo Pack or Gothic I think
