My birthday was last weekend. I'm 43, so maybe I can be the grumpy old man here. I hope that GOG will get us some more 2D sidescrollers because I really don't like most of the 3D console crap that the game companies are making now. Back in the old days, video games only had two dimensions and we liked it!
On my birthday, I ended up going out to dinner and an Opera with some friends. Usually we get together the family when it's someone's birthday, but we did that earlier in the month because my parents are out of town. I guess retirement is one big road trip. We can all look forward to that when we get older.
