They have both games currently on sale for half off on the Playstation store & I am considering getting one of them (considering that I only have enough money for one of them & its *also half off* DLC). So... anybody who has played them both... which game did you like better?

I've purchased Costume Quest and played the demos of both (haven't gotten around to actually playing CQ), I'd say Costume Quest is better if you like RPGs, especially tongue in cheek poking fun at JRPGs. Stacking has heavier puzzle elements that turned me off BUT the storytelling and 20s movie thing really is outstanding and very well could strike a chord.

I'd say they're both worth playing the demo, I'd say CQ but only because I prefer RPGs to puzzle/adventure games.
If RPGs are your thing then it's got to be Costume Quest.

However I personally preferred Stacking due to the brilliant cut scenes. It's pretty short though. Haven't tried the DLC for either.
Played Stacking. Enjoyed it a lot as a short puzzle with fun settings and characters. Pity, they didn't use the trailer music anywhere, and the price of the DLC seems higher than necessary. Then I tried the demo of Costume Quest and the RPG with purely quick-time event battles wasn't really that impressive.
