I've wondered if the D2D version of Chaos Theory might be less hassle than the DVD. I haven't had any problems except having to leave the DVD in my drives which gets annoying. Still a great game except the VS mode looks like Doom with Sam Fisher lol.
The co-op is worth getting two copies, I feel for anyone who has had to miss out on this game.
At least one good thing about Vista and Windows 7 is that they have exhausted the old tired painful protection in exchange for trusting people once they buy something.
On a side note, I have D2D, Steam, and GOG.COM versions of UT2k4 and the GOG.COM is the best price and no hassle. D2D close second. Steam comes in last but they sometimes have the best deal on stuff so I deal with it. Don't ever get the Steam UT3 though it crashes all the time. Luckily, I was able to take my key and the D2D version and reinstall since I already ran a D2D version but got the Steam one as a second copy because it was first to have the update and maps.
