Although its not a very old game, I've been playing Resident Evil 5 like crazy these days and I would have to say Chris & Sheva at the moment!
The character design and motion capture really helps to make these characters come to life, of course. But naturally, as we're on GOG, I also have to include Sam & Max. :)
