The game title should be "forwarded" to the form based on the game you selected after going to the Support section. If you select Neverwinter Nights, then click "I can't find a solution", the game's title should already be selected in the form.
Could you try again this way? If the problem repeats itself, let me know what kind of browser you are using.
I understand that this method is confusing, but it results from a workaround we had to implement a few days ago. The path for requesting keys through the website will be changed to a more convenient one very, very soon.
I have also asked my colleague to send you the key, outside of the support system.
