Since I was limited to buying 5 games, I had a bit of a gamble, which ended up with me regretting not getting 2 games: Sanitarium (not on my wishlist) and Celtic Games (on my wishlist).

Bottom line, I bought them all. Even games I hadn't heard of, or in genres I do not usually play, I think that what GOG is doing is important for gamers and developers everywhere. It's a sense of history that they're curating, and I'm happy to support it whenever and however I can, even though money is tight.

The not wishlisted ones are irrelevant because I put every game I don't own on GOG on the wishlist for some OCD reason(whether or not they are my most wanted).

I owned 13 because all 13 had been on sale previously and the 5 I bought, I don't remember being on sale outside of the Christmas promos(which were not always that large a discount).

I made sure I got all the gems); I'm a sucker for large discounts as well. Although some games might need an even larger discount.

As for the selection of games that were sold as gems, I give GOG a C grade Seeing as how at least 13 of the games had been on sale previously(outside of Christmas Promo). Some of those more than once.
