That part of the "My account" page will be changed in an upcoming update (the one I mentioned in an earlier post) which we will be releasing in a while (later rather than sooner, can't give you an accurate date at this time). The changes will include hiding the question and answer from unwanted attention.
Until that time I'm afraid you will have to keep an eye out for any ninjas which might want to write them down when you're not looking. By the way, there's 6 of them in your room, with one standing right in front of you. ;)
