Any change that GOG will pick up these two gems and add to their cataloge?

IMOH a pair of the most underrated "fun" racing games, not to mention fastest.
Chance? Yes, there's a chance for any game ever publicly available that GOG will pick it up. How big of a chance, however, is a different question.

Your best bet is to find out who currently owns the rights to the games and then bug them about contacting GOG and offering the games.
There is always a 'chance', but we'll never know for sure, if those games will be added to the catalogue... However, I agree those two games are great fun!

Tricky.

Apparently Psygnosis was bought up by SONY in 1993 for the Playstation launch. Eidos Interactive bought the Psygnosis Europe department in 1998 and the US part was taken by SONY.

The current company (Psygnosis) is now called WorldwideStudios. http://www.worldwidestudios.net/homepage

Since SONY bought them first I'm thinking of checking with them first.

TheJopp: Tricky.
Indeed. Finding the current rights holder(s) to old games is often a maze of dead ends.

I'm fairly certain GOG has already contacted them. Also, I'm 99% certain it went like this:

GOG: We would like to sell your (or of someone you own) old games, cheap, DRM free.
Sony: Oh, ok, that seems fair. Agreed. Wait, did you say DRM free? BWAHAHAHAHA.

No.

Wait, did you say DRM free? BWAHAHAHAHA.
Yea, for some reason I dont find their response very unrealistic.

Even if a game is essentially dead since 10 years they would just go "No" even though only the most hardened fans are those that buy them.
