Awesome! I still have the game on my xbox but never finished it. With this version, I can now play it correctly upscaled (through hdmi cable) on my TV. Insta-bought!
Awsome game but does anyone know if this has gamepad support?

de_Monteynard: Just to remind everyone complaining about the cost, that NW2 costs $20 on GOG and it came out a year after Jade Empire.
True, but on the other hand, NWN2 comes with two full expansions and one not-quite-full-but-still-pretty-impressive expansion.

Yes, I think the extra $5 here would be negligible if there was an expansion or two. (Even Medal of Honor has two expansions and is only 9.99) Now if that soundtrack really is normally $10 elsewhere, then maybe GOG should post that in the "what's cool about it" section, figure out a way to work that in.

Smannesman: Yes it is!
But that's what happens when you no longer care about two price points [tiny](and your customers)[/tiny].

Adzeth: I can't discern the degree of seriousness in your post. Anyway, to me it looks like what I call "sale pricing": set the price higher so you can put it on bigger sales because customers are dumb dumb and value it higher if it's on a bigger sale. I think sale pricing is underestimating the customer, and if I think I'm being underestimated as a customer, I'll introduce contempt to the price equation to make sure the seller gets a worse deal from me than they would've otherwise.

DukeNukemForever: Don't worry, games at a higher price point will get from time to time special sales with higher discounts.
avatar
Adzeth: I am far less interested about the money than the message.
Beside the effect of higher discount rates on purchasing incentive it's also about price discrimination. Sell your product on a higher price and offer different discounts over time and you can skim more customers at their upper price-cap. I would also prefer a lower price point (which customer wouldn't), but as usual it's the best to have your own price limit, stick to it and wait for your chance.
Been waiting for this for a while now. Thanks to everyone for making it possible!

Jade Empire Original Soundtrack CD
Not a bad game, but I will wait until the price will fall.

RS1978: Jade Empire Original Soundtrack CD
That includes a physical jewelcase with the CDs, booklet, etc... It's not a digital product.

Take this:
Jade Empire Original Soundtrack MP3 Download

I've owned the CD, it's only one disc and no real booklet.
Yet another case I'd love to change my Steam copy to a GOG one, but I'm not going to re-buy the game. (Why can't everything be like The Witcher?)
Woot! Great release and awesome to see the artbook as a bonus.
Wonderful addition!

Very nice, assuming the GOG OST is the same.
