So I was trying the new quest since I happened to have a save near Vergen, and this bug still happens yet again.
First off, I know what causes this bug, along with anyone else that ran into it. You run while throwing bombs and it eventually triggers. And if you manage to flee the enemy and save, THIS happens:

It's an even bigger problem with the Quen nerf since 1 out of 2 times, this bug consistently triggers making utilizing bombs (at least with the 360 controller) too risky to be an alternative.
Not trying to be a creep, but this NEEDS to be fixed in the next patch and I really don't understand why such a serious problem wasn't fixed yet.
