Well, our big sale starts in 18 hours, where virtually the entire catalog will be 50% off and we'll be giving away Empire Earth: Gold Edition for free for 48 hours.

Before we get to that, though, we're going to give away one last round of bonus codes for our holiday celebration. We have 50 codes that are good for any $5.99 game in our catalog, and 50 codes that will work for any $9.99 game in our catalog. Leave a comment in this forum thread with your favorite character from a GOG.com game and tell us whether you'd like a $5.99 code or a $9.99 one.

Tomorrow (12 December) at 11.00 GMT, we'll close the contest--and start our big sale--so you can get your holiday shopping on.

My favorite is Nameless One from Planescape Torment.
A 5.99$ will be fine, as i would be getting Ultima VII, Wing Commander 3, or Last Express.

It's a toss up between Beneath a Steel Sky's Josh Foster, Joey, or Broken Sword's George Stobbart. At the end of the day I think I'd go with Josh Foster simply for being the classic... Foster is more about being witty, while George is more of a "clumsy and unintentionally funny" character that's also quite endearing.

And a $5.99 would be grand. Undecided whether I'd spend it on Real Myst, Broken Sword 2 or Guilty Gear X2 #Reload...

If you run out of $5.99s though, I'd gladly take a $9.99 to grab Syberia though :D

Although it is technically not a character, it falls under that category for the game it is in, the P38L Late from IL-2 Sturmnovik:1946, I spent a month making a custom skin for it. I would like a 5.99 code.

Stupendous title, and worth far more than what's being charged here at GOG (don't raise its price though!).

If I'm selected, I'd appreciate a $9.99 code for Neverwinter Nights Diamond Edition.
