I didn't see this mentioned. Probably as there are only a few indy titles on GOG currently? Anyway if you browse 'all games' then click the 'indie' tab, or just select 'Indie' from the pull down list, you see 'No games found. Try another search'.
To add to that confusion, at the top of the screen are some (5) graphic icons/representations for those 5 indie games.
So is this feature only half implimented so far? I notice games like Botanicula (which i got from GOG and think is an awesome start for the indy experiment) and Whispered World do appear in the list/tag for 'Adventures'. And while yes they would be classed as adventures, they are also definately 'Indies', and distinct from the other non-indy adventures.
So what's up? Indies too good/bad for you? ;)
