Nintendo is fine. The 3DS has sold 30+ million units, and most of the top sellers for it are Nintendo-developed titles. The Wii U is backwards compatible with the Wii, which means gamers who skipped out on the Wii can catch up on two generations of Nintendo classics in one console. Megaman is going to be in SSB, which is going to make it a must-buy for some people. And it's probably going to have sub-$250 bundles for Black Friday.

I'm guessing the Wii U outsells the other two consoles this generation.

Narakir: Well aside from Genogears 2 and Bayonetta 2 coming in 2014... there's nothing to hype for the WII U.

He didn't say it could... and why would anyone expect it to? The DS could play GBA games but couldn't play GBC games.

wodmarach: Kinda saw it coming when they announced they wouldn't be at E3...
They are at E3, they just didn't have a press conference. The booths and things are all there though.
