Mentalepsy: I thought it sounded familiar, but I couldn't place it at first. I should play that game again, it was pretty fun (though not as demented as I expected).
Here's mine:
"You a liar! BAD! Bert make you squishy lump!"

Hint? o.o
I, too, am at a loss. Mainly because I can't think of any characters right now with the name "Bert..."
Here's a hint: Bert likes to eat mossy rocks.
Here's a better hint: it's a first-person party RPG, and received a top-down, single-character sequel set in the same world.

Hmmm... I haven't played many FP-RPGs... I'm stuck.
We're coming up on 24 hours, so here's one more hint: it was made by a company most famous for their D&D games.

What, Bioware? Black Isle?
Sod it. I'm hijacking this thread with my own quote (again).
"Lasers? Lasers are so..."
"...90's?"
"I was gonna say '70's. Stop making me feel old."
"I got bad news for ya, Sam. You ARE old."

Oooh, we got this notion

That's part of the Lyrics from "A Pirate I Was Meant to Be" from Monkey Island 3: The Curse of Monkey Island, right?....
Wait... no...

Black & White? I think? When you're helping those three guys with the ark.

Mine was Thunderscape, by SSI.

SSI was a noted and long-lived developer of war games and roleplaying games, including the Panzer General series and the "Gold Box" (and other) AD&D games. Sadly, Thunderscape, released in 1995, was largely overlooked. SSI's assets eventually ended up with Ubisoft.
