Kotick also wanted artists to pay him to be in Guitar Hero. Did that ever go through? NO. Neither will this.

If kotick wanted to have this started, then he could start by buying out Steam.

I do wonder why Dell hasn't at least tried to push a PC that is optimized to work like a console. Easy TV hookups, comes with a couple controllers, slim and fits nicely into a home theater setup. The differences wouldn't need to be that deep, but it seems like something that could appeal to good-sized audience.
