I tried to send technical support request but the window just disappear and gets back o the home screen - is that expected behavior after clicking "send"?

Problem: I'm entering my email address and password. I have triple checked that it is correct. GOG downloader is displaying a message that my email or password is invalid.
Tricky thing: My mail address contains "+" in it and it is quite often for software developers to implement invalid email address validation, ex. assumption that is it [a-z.@]. Sometime they are adding underscore, dash or upper case letters to it - but this is still invalid. The correct approach is defined in technical documents RFC (thus characters as +, ! and many other are valid, too).

Question to the community:
How could I report that to GOG developers?

Hi,

We know about the issue with "+" symbol and from what I can tell it is going to be fixed in the update (hopefully later next week), although it might appear first in beta rather than stable release - I recommend checking out this topic.

PS: We've received your ticket (indeed there is a bug that causes confirmation screen not to display after you click on send)
