Not on GOG but in "Blood Bowl" you can play a whole team of Dwarves!
There are even two dwarven races available - Dwarves and Chaos Dwarves.
Realms of Arkania series, Temple of Elemental Evil, and (not on GOG), the Drakensang games. I haven't played the Ultima games. Can anyone chime in on those?
Pfft i am OFFENDED someone suggested Dwarf Fortress, as if i wouldnt of known xD Already got Blood Bowl, dwarves 4tw. Did they release the Dwarf for free on drakansang? Not a super big fan of the browser based games, maybe when they get a proper client.. Gotta check out Arkania, i saw it today since its on sale, saw dwarf character in screenshot but wasnt sure if i could make an entire PARTY of them or not. Should i get the whole series or just #3?

dae6: Severance: Blade of Darkness features a dwarf as one of the character choices.
What an amazing game! I'm gonna play it again now that you talk about it :P
high rated
An elf man, a human woman, an elf girl and a dwarf are sitting on a carriage, and get into a tunnel. In the darkness, a loud smack can be heard, and when they get back to the sunlight the elf man has a noticeable hit mark on his cheek.

The human thinks, "He must have tried to make out with the elf girl, and she hit him"

The elf woman thinks, "The elf must have tried to make out with me, but he got confused in the darkness and touched the human, so he hit him"

The elf man thinks, "The dwarf must have tried to make out with the elf, she thought it was me and hit me"

The dwarf thinks, "I so hope there's another tunnel soon, so I can smack that elf again"

Dwarfurious: I see no Elf character <3 SUCK MY BEARD ELVES!
+1 for the right thinking. Those pointy eared freaks are always given the first run in games.

Blackguards has a dwarven character.
Rouge Legacy the character can have dwalfism
Die by the Sword. The original single player campaign forces you to play as a human warrior, however, you can select one of several characters in the Limb From Limb campaign, including a dwarf. You can also play as a dwarf in the arena and tournament modes. Admittedly the dwarves in DbtS look a bit meh but hey, it's still dwarves.

You can, but you probably shouldn't. Dwarves are a specific character class, like original D&D.

In Wizardry, on the other hand, any race can be any class as long as you can meet the attribute requirements. Make a team of six dwarves if you want. Start with Wizardry 6.

You can do the same in Thunderscape since it's classless. In Thunderscape and Wizardry 8, though, there are optional NPCs you can bring along, only some of which are dwarves. You don't have to take them, but of course you'll have a smaller fighting force if you don't. On the other hand, since you'll be playing all dwarves, it probably balances out.

MetalPixel: Pus, it's free!
You make it sound as though some people actually charge money for pus.

Well in some countries I believe they do.

I guess you're thinking of the on-line game? I'm talking about the single player games:

Drakensang
Drakensang:The River of Time
Drakensang:Philleasson's Secret
