Derp...

I made a stupid mistake. I know this is GOG, but since GG has no forums (wtf?), I thought I might ask you guys and girls.

Today I bought the DLC for Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light. All 4 DLC packs.

I unhide the serial# for one and enter it in Steam. Next thing I know, Steam says I already have this DLC. Turns out, I have all the DLC... That's what you get when you buy during the Steam Sales and forget what you have...

So I now have 4 DLC packs. Of these 4, 3 are still 'hidden' on GG, so I can still gift them. One is 'unhidden', but since the serial# was not accepted by Steam (because I already own that DLC pack), can I still just give the serial# to someone, or won't it work anymore?

Thanks in advance!

I am so sorry, I did not see they have a Support Ticket system...

Once again, derp...
Yes, it should still work. As far as I know Steam codes don't stop working after being rejected because you already have the game. Codes containing a collection of games might still be consumed if you have some of the games inside.

Thank you. :)

mrtophat101: Snip
The key will still work as it was not claimed on Steam due to you already having the product.

For the other 3, if you don't want to gift them, ask GamersGate support for a refund. As you have not claimed the keys, gifted them, or attempted a download (if possible), then they should be willing to give a refund if you explain that you purchased them by mistake.
Thanks for the info!

I'll just keep them. Might come in handy for a trade or something.
