Just found out about this: https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/?cmd=xpt/Marketing/general/NewPayPalPlugin-outside
Won't work for me, unfortunately, but hopefully will help some. Apparently lets you generate virtual credit card numbers to use PayPal with..so if you don't have a CC or a site doesn't accept PayPal, there's that.
For non-US residents, I've mentioned this before..you can simply buy a pre-paid CC and attach it permanently to your PayPal account and that will work.

I really like the plug-in. Also when you make the credit card it can auto fill the information for you.
So what, it takes money from paypal and wraps it up in a simulated credit card for places that don't accept paypal?
Is that actually legal?

It creates a master card credit card that uses the money you set up on paypal (paypal balance, bank acc. etc.) . It can also be one time use or several uses. And you dont have to go to the paypal site to do it you just do it with the plug in.
Edit: example
I buy a game of gog and when in the enter credit card info page I click the plug in button on the browser. Then it tells me what type of card (one time use or several) and after selecting it auto fills the info and thats it.
