Caol Ila is wonderful. The 12 year is my favorite single malt.
Everyday Beer: Molson Canadian
Nice Beers: Oatmeal stouts, Pilsner Urquell, Urbock Rauchbier
Liquors: Old Overholt rye, naturally Caol Ila 12 year, and maybe Black Label if it's kicking around
Mixed drinks: Never.
