Hey!
Just bought Arcanum, and i keep getting this error message "Unable to execute file in the temporary directory. Setup abortet. Error 5: Access denied"
This is the first game i bought here that i actually have a problem with. All the other games is fine.
Im running Vista, and have tried to run as administrator, but no difference.
This happends right after "Checking file integrity"
Anyone seen this before, or know what causes this problem?

Turn UAC off prior to installing
Be sure to right - click the setup.exe and click "Run as an administrator" in the resulting dialog
Edit: if you get the same after trying the above, install outside of Program Files . . . C:\Games for instance . . . =)

Yohansen: Turned off UAC, and it worked like a charm. Thank you

You're welcome, might check out this thread as most folks need to add the -no3d and -doublebuffer switches as well.
Enjoy the game . . . =)
Edit: there is an image lower in the post which shows where to add the switches. Also set the game shortcut on the compatibility tab to "Run this program as an administrator".
