ARRRGHHH!

I'm trying to create a DVD and would like to use Encore since I have a legal version of Adobe CS5.

The problem is every fricking tutorial I can find is a video!!! I'm deaf and thus cannot hear the commentary and thus these tutorials are USELESS. Is there any way to find a tutorial site (that is reasonably good) with information about shortcuts and cool tips that use the old method of text and pictures?

Anyone?

Cheers

This site has video tutorials but they also provide the transcripts with time codes to the timing in the video - Good Luck.
