Taarnah: Can someone tell me how to get a reply from Tech/Customer Service.

In Might and Magic.. the Circus tents don't function. In the correct location, in the right month... the Main tent opens and functions.. The side tents do not open. You don't get the message that "the circus has moved"... Wnen you click on the tent, you get the message that "there's nothing there"...

I installed my disc version of the Mandate, and the circus tents are working properly. Just not in the GOG version, and in spite of several e mails to GOG, I still haven't received a reply on how to address the issue.

When there's issues with a GOG download, can someone tell me how to get GOG to reply, hopefully giving some idea how to correct the problem.

Thanks...
Well, they generally get back in a day or two; have you tried asking the people on the Might & Magic subforum for help?

JMich: GOG.com has the standar 5 days 8 hours workweek, and is based in Poland. Thus, with now being Friday evening, they are all (or almost all) out of the office. Assuming you send them a ticket now, you'll probably have a response by Tuesday morning, or late Monday evening for you (assuming I didn't completely mess up my timezones).
As for the Might and Magic problem, I'd suggest looking at the Might and Magic forum, and if noone else has encountered that problem, asking there as well.
Hope you fix your problem soon.

Edit: Ninja'd by The Hard Hatted One...
Bwahaha.

If it makes you feel any better, I'm not really working at the moment; I'm waiting for my wife to figure out how to the next episode of Dr. Who working with subtitles. :P

Taarnah: PS... where are the GOG .. save games saved. I looked for, but can't find the usual game folders.
If they are not in usual place (<game folder>\saves) then you probably have User Account Control (UAC) enabled on Vista. It essentially creates the backup folder to prevent any changes to the monitored locations, in that case Program Files folder

Try looking there:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\GOG.com\<game_folder>

JMich: Wouldn't it be in the VirtualStore folder?
Yes it would -__-'. Thank you, I never use UAC and keep forgetting the proper path.
