I can't get over how much Fred Armisen looks and sounds like Rick Moranis. And it's totally a show that Moranis would be involved in.

(I get the feeling only Americans will comment on this. ;)

Love the 6(?) episodes put out so far. "Dream of the 90s" "This bar is sooooo over..." "Coffeeland!" "You just gotta get out of there." "Mayor Goes Reggae" "No no, he took off the glasses. Everyone was calling him 'Bitch'." Random quotes and bits I love. :)

As for your post, I suppose they do at least /look/ alike. (It's been a long time since I've heard Moranis.) And I suppose if they needed someone to portray Moranis on Saturday Night Live, Armisen is the one to do it.

It's almost like an American version of League of Gentleman. Almost. But then people get into a lot of trouble by "praising by comparison", so I'll just say I like the oddball characters.
