With EA signed on, I was kind of hoping for the old Need for Speed games to be released on GoG. Is it just me? Need for Speed High Stakes was so much fun!
cool idea but I cant imagine plazing old racing games now Burnout changed it for me forever
I would love to see Need for Speed 3 and run it on my 3dfx :-D. True, EA is on board but there could be some problems with expired car licenses.

Racing games are a genre where I don't really play old games, just new ones. They're all kind of the same thing.

That said I would buy Road Rash.
EA might be onboard, but they want to make sure they can't re-release the game in yet another of its gazzilion rebundles they do on their products. NFS has had how many re-releases? They just issued another re-release of the NFS series, so I doubt we will see it anytime soon here.

Also notice EA is letting its older, no longer part of its sequel stable, be released here.

I would love to see a return to the original style of NFS or at least put an option, NFS as intended and NFS for those who can't drive without having to get rewarded for making a turn fancy.
Licensed stuff = not very likely.
I would absolutely love to play some of the older NFS games. But as I understand this would be close to impossible because for racing games the rights to use the cars is only for a few years. Once those rights expire the game can no longer be sold.
Yes, its exactly what i need..
