Got a question to ask out of curiosity: if I have a joy buzzer and I press it against my PC casing when my PC is turned on, will anything happen?
Real joy buzzers don't use electricity; they vibrate.
However, I can only guess it'd be a bad idea to use a strong one on the casing of a hard drive, especially an active one. Maybe it wouldn't be strong enough to have an effect; I'm not a technician.
